    Our electronic banking services is part of our strategy to provide the highest technical level of remote banking that would help our customers manage their accounts with utmost ease, convenience, security, and privacy. Our electronic banking services consists of the following:

    • Shamikh™ Smart Card

    • Electronic Bank (e-Bank)

    • Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services


    Shamikh™ Smart Card


    • Shamikh™ Smart Card is a pre-paid card that is easy to use, quick to issue, and secured

    • It guarantees to carriers that they will easily obtain their goods and services from others

    • Issued to customers with the desired amount of funds as needed


    Electronic Bank (e-Bank)


    This service enables customers to manage their accounts from anywhere through the internet or via dial-up (for those inside Sudan). It's provided to customers who apply through one of the bank branches. Here are some of the services available to our e-Bank customers:

    • Account balance inquiry

    • Account statement

    • Ordering check books

    • Stopping checks

    • Transferring funds to other accounts

    • Establishing periodic (automatic) payments


      • Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Services


      The bank has 48 automated teller machines at different areas in country They are available to customers in 24x7 basis. We will be adding more ATM's in distinguished places soon.

    • Cash Withdrawal

    • Account Statement

    • Balance Inquiry


    This service is available for cards issued by another banks ,ATM cards are secured and easy to use and they can be obtained from any of the bank branches.
