Islamic banks are required to perform money transfer operations in the same local currency inside or outside the country on the basis of delegations. The Islamic bank has the right to collect fees from customers and add to it the value of the administrative expenses incurred. But if the transfer of funds to abroad is in foreign currencies, the transfer process is of twofold, both of which are legally permissible:

a cash exchange transaction with cash, this is a buying and selling transaction.

It should be noted that foreign currency transfers must be made according to the current price on the day of the transaction. Modern communication methods are usually used in the transfer process and based on the request of the transfer, such as postal payment orders, telegraphic or telephone transfers, or by using telex or the Swift global communication system (S.W.I.F.T).
